(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to upgrade the minimum qualification for the post of the PGT Computer Science as atleast Master degree in relevant subject in consonance with the minimum qualifications prescribed by the NCTE and on parity with the qualifications mentioned qua other subject for the post of PGT under the relevant rules.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 26.04.2025, Annexure P-7, in a specified period. 3.
Notice of motion.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that the pending representation, dated 26.04.2025, will be decided by respondent no.2Additional Chief Secretary, Department of School Education, by passing a PAYAL 2025.05.27 10:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
