Learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of short reply submits that the meeting of new Board of Directors has been postponed and the same is likely to be held very shortly and appeal of the petitioner will be heard on the first date of meeting.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the appeal of the petitioner pending before the Board of Directors preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
