After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the services of the petitioner were terminated by the respondents-department, the petitioner intends to challenge the said termination order by adopting appropriate procedure as envisaged under law including but not limited to the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty as prayed for. 2.
