The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against her vide FIR No.0056 dated 15.06.2021 at Police Station Sadar Nawanshahr, District SBS Nagar, under Sections 307/452/323/324/506/148/149 IPC. 2.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 20.08.2021, the following order was passed:

"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has falsely been nominated in the FIR being a lady simply in order to pressurize other members of her family and that in any case even as per the FIR the only role attributed to her is that she had raised a lalkara and that no injury is attributed to her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in fact the parties have amicably resolved their issues and the petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise has also been filed. 4.

Ms. Vibha, Advocate appearing on behalf of the complainant has not disputed the aforestated position.

Learned State counsel upon instructions has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner has since joined investigation and is not required for any custodial interrogation. 6.

In view of the aforestated position, the petition is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2021 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when called upon to do so and cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
