It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioners in the instant writ petition has already been sought by another applicants/petitioners before this Court in CWP No. 9300 of 2015 titled as Mrs. Menka and others vs. State of Haryana and others and connected matters, decided on 05.05.2016. The aforesaid petition was allowed of by interpreting Rules and Regulations.
