This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding old Section 482 Cr.P.C.) seeking directions to official respondents to register an FIR under Sections 318(4), 316(2) and 338 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding old Sections 420, 406 and 467 of IPC 1860) along with relevant Sections of Immigration Foreigners Act, 2025, on the basis of complaint dated 13.03.2026 filed by the petitioners, which is pending before the Economic Offences Wing, Kurukshetra. The petitioners prays for further issuance of direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the complaint dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a complaint dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra but no action has been taken so far. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra to consider and decide the representation dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
