*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on the basis of status report dated 07.10.2020 filed in the Court, submits that the dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.7 to 9 is civil in nature relating to land of Gram Panchayat. The matter has been investigated and FIR No.115 dated 20.08.2020 under Section 13-A of the Village and Common Land Act, 1961 has been registered at Police Station Amloh against respondents No.7 to 9. Respondents No.7 to 9 have also moved application to Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib (respondent No.2) regarding their innocence and the same has been marked to Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib with the direction to inquire and investigate the matter. the basis of status report, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib to make all efforts to dispose of the representation moved by the petitioner and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed by this Court.
