HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) IOIN-1-CWP-12516-2014 The learned Mediator has submitted a communication dated 12.08.2025 requesting for extension of time to carry out the mediation process in the main writ petition.

From the perusal of the record, it reveals that this matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for amicable settlement between the parties. However, as per the report dated 12.08.21025, submitted by the learned Mediator, the matter was treated as a 'non-starter case', as the parties did not participate in the mediation process.

Accordingly, the request made by the learned Mediator for extension of time is declined.

CWP-12516-2014 (O&M) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the judgment dated 18.02.2014 passed in Revision Petition No.260 of 2012 (Annexure P-9) and judgment in Review Petition No.28 of 2014 dated 29.05.2014 (Annexure P-11). Further prayer has been made to grant interim stay against the judgments (Annexure P-9 and P-11, respectively), during the pendency of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as withdrawn.
