(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for taking action against respondents No.4 to 11 for causing injuries to the petitioner and for conducting investigation of FIR No.35 dated 06.04.2023 under Sections 21(c) and 29 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Lohian District Jalandhar Rural from an independent agency. As per the conceded case of the learned counsel for the petitioner, since prosecution evidence was being recorded before the Trial Court; a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to raise all his pleas during the course of trial.
