(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.128 dated 17.07.2021, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar.

Vide order dated 20.08.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

CRM-M-34019-2021 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the complainant submits that there are serious allegation against the petitioner and the co-accused, inasmuch as, they were alluring the people on the pretext of getting job in the University and had issued fake appointment/offer letters in the name of the daughter and the son of the complainant.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated co-accused, namely, Gagan Dev Bharti, has already been granted the concession of bail by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 25.08.2022.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.08.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
