(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, namely, Jaskaran Singh @ Cheema in case FIR No.76 dated 21.05.2019 registered under Section 406 IPC at Police Station Boha, District Mansa. Learned State counsel submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of grant of regular bail to the petitioner vide order dated 23.12.2019.
