The present appeal pertains to the year 2008. Vide order dated 12.03.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per office report the appellant remains unserved with the report that its office is not situated at the given address. No other address of the appellant is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. Today no one has also put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
