The case is taken up through video conferencing on account of COVID 2019.

Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.115 dated 09.08.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, IPC (Section 326 IPC added later on) at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga.

Vide order dated 06.10.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Boota Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 06.10.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, is made absolute.
