The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay compensation to the tune of Rs.2530 lacs on account of death of her son Jograj Singh, who was employed with respondent No.3-ABACAS International Technical Works LLC, situated at P.O. Box Number 24316, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, through its Chairman. It is not controverted that the son of the petitioner was employed with respondent No.3 and had died on account of certain accident of falling while working with respondent No.3. The said respondent i.e. ABACAS International Technical Works LLC, situated at P.O. Box Number 24316, Dubai, United Arab Emirates is not an Authority, Agency or Instrumentality situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, the same cannot be subjected to the writ jurisdiction of this Court. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Disposed of as withdrawn.
