On the asking of court, Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A. G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). Limited grievance of the appellant in the present appeal is that the learned Single Judge while disposing off the writ petition directed the authority to decide his representation within one month. However, no stay was granted. This would result in grave inconvenience for the appellant-petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that decision would be taken within a week.
