During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that the controversy involved in this case stands answered vide order dated 21.01.2015 passed in CWP No.26456 of 2014 (Amolak Singh vesus Director, Rural Development and Panchayat Department and others). Consequently and for the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 21.01.2015, the instant writ petition is also allowed in the same terms and the order passed by the Collector as well as the Appellate Authority are set-aside and MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.01.30 11:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
