JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who was selected as DSP in wireless Wing of Punjab Police through the Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala, by filing the present petition prays for issuance of a writ of Certiorari for quashing order dated 21.7.2011 (P.17) vide which his representation whereby he raised objections to the tentative seniority list issued by the Government of Punjab, has been rejected.

The writ petition stands admitted vide order dated 04.5.2016.

In the meanwhile, an application bearing CM No.4822 of 2017 has been moved praying for unconditional withdrawal of the present writ petition since the petitioner has been granted the necessary relief.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the said prayer.

CWP No.15079 of 2013 (O&M) #2# In view of aforesaid, present application bearing C.M.No.4822 of 2017 is allowed and the writ petition bearing CWP No.15079 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn.
