This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing FIR No.84, dated 09.04.2022, registered under Sections 419, 420, 120-B and 34 of Indian Penal Code (Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC added later on) at Police Station Division No.5 Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage. 3.
