(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 27.08.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.2 and further for directing the respondents to reschedule the loan amount granted by respondent No.1 to the petitioner by way of easy instalments.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the bank.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse the remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.
