The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for taking action on the application of the petitioner dated 27.07.2021, Annexure P1. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Harbir Sandhu, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if her application, dated 27.07.2021, Annexure P-1, is decided expeditiously.
