(ORAL) CM-9874-CWP-2023 in/and CWP-1092-2016 This is an application seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CWP-1092-2016, which is coming up for hearing on 20.09.2023, with liberty to file afresh while laying challenge to orders dated 15.06.2020 and 24.09.2021 (Annexure A/2-1 and A/2-2).

Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 4 does not object to the prayer made in the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and the main case i.e. CWP-1092-2016 is taken on board today itself and the same is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
