Rajesh Kumar v. State Of Haryana And ANR.
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.16389 of 2019 Date of decision:03.07.2019 Rajesh Kumar ... Petitioner Vs.
State of Haryana and another ... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Pardeep Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner.
AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Short point involved in present writ petition is that petitioner missed out the date of interview as it was a public notice. It is strange that petitioner who had applied for the post of TGT Physical Education in pursuance to advertisement issued through public notice and was successful having issued admit card, did not appear in interview as he missed out the date. Such ground, in my view is wholly preposterous and fallacious, much less cannot be a ground for giving him a chance for interview. The writ petition is devoid of merit and thus dismissed.
