(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case pertaining to the DDR/Rapat No.36 dated 07.07.2021 entered at Police Station Khemkaran, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 447, 427, 511, 148 & 149 IPC as the cross version of the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.44 dated 06.07.2021 registered at the same Police Station under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 148 & 149 IPC.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Savinder Pal Singh of the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 20.08.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

Keeping in view the above-said submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended by this Court to the petitioner vide the said order dated 20.08.2021, is hereby made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) JUDGE 16.11.2021.
