(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 123, dated 07.06.2020, under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa. After having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that this petition may be permitted to be withdrawn, as having not pressed, at this stage.
