(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court, inter alia, challenging the allotment of shops in favour of respondents No.5 to 68. After arguing for sometime, on a query put by the Court that the allotment had taken place in the year 2003, whereas, the writ petition has been filed now, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse to remedy, if any, as may be available to him in accordance with law.
