Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against private respondents No.4 to 6 who are harassing, threatening, disputing, black-mailing and beating the petitioner and also to direct respondents No.1 to 3 to take action on the representation dated 27.07.2021 (Annexure P-2).

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. M.S. Nagra, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has filed application/representation dated 27.07.2021 (Annexure P-2) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Pathankot, for the redressal of her claim.

Crl. Misc. No. M-34412 of 2021 -2In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from today.
