Main case The appellant has filed the present appeal seeking the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.903 dated 16.10.2022 under Sections 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act and Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 323 and 324 IPC registered at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa. Learned counsel for the appellant, at the outset, submits that during trial, all the material witnesses including the complainant had not supported the case of the prosecution, as a result thereof, they all had been declared hostile. Learned counsel, in the aforementioned facts and circumstances, prays for withdrawal of the instant appeal with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions again.
