The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.0091 dated 26.07.2021 registered under Sections 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Tauru, District Nuh and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR on merits. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the cancellation report in the present case stands accepted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nuh vide order dated 25.07.2023 and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the submission of learned State counsel, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
