The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release arrears in view of revised pay scales.

Mr. Ashish Rawal, Additional Standing Counsel and Mr. Ankit Midha, Junior Panel Counsel for U.T. Administration submit that administration vide communication dated 10.10.2024 has verified claim of the petitioner and it is respondent No. 3 who has to release the funds. 3.

Faced with this, Mr. Ritesh Aggarwal, Advocate submits that petition may be disposed of at this stage, with liberty to petitioner to file afresh, if cause survives.

CWP No.16417 of 2024 -24.

Disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
