(ORAL) On 02.06.2023 the following order was passed :- "Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 73 dated 10.02.2023 registered under Sections 427, 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula.

"Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that as per allegations made in the FIR, petitioner was armed with a sharp edged weapon, but the said information was provided by neighbourer of the complainant. He further contends that no injury has been attributed to the petitioner, the allegations made in the FIR are false and he has been wrongly implicated. Notice of motion.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, DAG Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on the asking of the Court and on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that one injury occurred with sharp edged weapon is attributed to the petitioner and seeks time to file reply/status report.

Today, Ld. State Counsel on instructions from ASI Arjun Singh submits that the petitioner has already joined investigation and is no more required for custodial interrogation.

Without commenting on the merits of the case and in view of the aforesaid fact, order dated 02.06.2023 is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Sections 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4.

The petitions stands disposed off.
