ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Concededly, the petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.05.2015. It is not disputed either, he had prayed for extension in service for two years, i.e. upto the age of 60 years. And since he attained the age of 60 years on 31.05.2017, i.e. almost a year ago, nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
