MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:- "The instant petition has been filed way back on 09.11.2017. However, a perusal of the case file reveals that not even a single date, any arguments have been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner since 14.02.2023. The Registry of this Court was also directed to intimate counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed. As per office report, the counsel for the petitioner was duly intimated, however, there was no representation on his behalf on the next date of hearing also i.e. on 12.07.2023. Today as well, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Registry is directed to yet again intimate the learned counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed else the present petition shall be dismissed for want of prosecution. Adjourned to 13.08.2024.
To be heard after urgent matters.
Case has been called twice, however, yet again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
