The prayer is to issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to take steps for cancellation of the license granted to respondent No.3 who is alleged to have obtained the license of practice as an Advocate after obtaining fake, forged and fabricated decree from respondent No.2.

Mr. Aman Sharma, Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 and submits that no representation has been received from the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is required to file a complaint under Chapter-I Part VII of the Bar Council of India Rules. He further submits that the moment the complaint is filed in the prescribed proforma, necessary action shall be taken expeditiously. 3.
