Through the instant petition, a prayer is made for quashing of FIR No.233 dated 15.07.2021, under Sections 323, 34, 341, 427, 506 of the IPC, and, Section 25, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at P.S. Faridabad Central, District Faridabad, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of Compromise Deed dated 26.05.2022 (Annexure P-2).

The record available before this Court reveals that full and final compromise has not been effected inter se the parties. Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed at this stage, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to re-access this Court on the same cause of action, in case, in future the parties concerned arrive at a full and final compromise.
