(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to conduct an inquiry with regard to the the fraud and tampering of the revenue record of land measuring 259 Bighas - 6 Biswas, in name of Gurdwara Sahib Saunti in Tehsil Amloh, Nabha State, presently District Fatehgarh Sahib. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their other remedies, in accordance with law. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
