The petitioners were appointed as Lab Assistants in the year 1987 & 1990 respectively. However, subsequently, in the year 1992 their services were transferred to Municipal Corporation, Faridabad where they were regularized in the pay scale of `750-940 in the year 1997, whereas in fact the said scales stood revised to `950-1500 and they were entitled to the same. Subsequently, on 1.1.2006 the scales of the petitioners were revised to `2550-3200 although they were in fact entitled to in the pay scale of `30504350. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioners in this regard was accepted by respondent No.3Municipal Corporation, Faridabad who recommended the case to respondent No.2-Director, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana who, however, sent the case back to respondent No.3 to do the needful at his own level. It has been submitted that the needful is neither being done by respondent No.3 nor by GAURAV SOROT 2020.09.21 17:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
( 2 ) CWP-15004-2020 respondent No.2 who have been passing the buck and sending the case of the petitioners to each other. Learned counsel in this regard has dawn the attention of this Court to the letters dated 11.2.2015, 30.11.2015, 28.5.2018, 13.9.2019 and 7.2.2020 (Annexures P-17 to P-21) exchanged between Secretary, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad and the Director Department of Local Bodies for the purpose of doing the needful. 3.

Mr. R.S, Budhwar, Addl. A.G. Haryana to whom an advance copy of petition has already been furnished accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 & 2.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not feel necessity of calling for response of the State. The petition, as such is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2, Director, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana to look into the matter and to dispose off legal notice (Annexure P-22) in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from receipt of copy of this order. In case, anything is found due to be paid to the petitioners, the payment in respect of the same be made within 3 months thereafter.
