**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 30 dated 16.10.2020 (Annexure P-1) under Section 498-A IPC registered at Police Station NRI, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last 2 dates i.e. 16.01.2023 and 23.08.2023. Even today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.
