(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0060 dated 25.02.2023, registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station City Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 02.06.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Birender Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 02.06.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
