**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to register an FIR against respondents No.5 to 7 and to decide the representation dated 25.05.2022 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner to respondent No.3-Inspector General of Police, Border Range, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite moving the aforesaid representation, no action has been taken by respondent No.3 thereon, till date.

At this stage, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, submits that vide communications dated 08.07.2022 and 14.07.2022, notices were issued to the petitioner to come present at the concerned Police Station, for redressal of her grievances, but she did not turn up that and thus, the petitioner cannot be heard saying that no action has been taken on the representation moved by her.
