***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Due to prevailing situation of COVID-19, matter has been heard through Video Conferencing.

At the outset, learned State counsel has apprised the court that the number of matters wherein petitioners had sought release of land in view of Policy dated 14.09.2018, have been dismissed. In all such cases, petitioners had to seek invoking of Section 101-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013. However, the court came to the conclusion that such a plea could not be entertained in view of various judgments titled as 'Raghubir Singh and another versus State of Haryana and others, (CWP-22241-2016 decided on 01.10.2020)', 'Ramesh Kumar and others versus State of Haryana and others, (CWP-16273-2020 decided on 09.10.2020)' and 'Vidya Nand versus The State of Haryana and others, (CWP-18779-2020 decided on 01.12.2020)'.

In light of the above, this court holds no different view than the view taken by the co-ordinate Benches. Dismissed.
