(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of the proceedings which are yet not finalized under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short 'the Act') and only proposals have been prepared by the State. A further prayer for restraining the respondents from implementing the revised outlay plan has also been made.

After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition 3.
