It is contended that petitioner Happy, an ex-student of Kurukshetra University had submitted the representation cum mercy appeal (Annexure P-2) to the respondents which according to her has not been decided so far effecting her carrier adversely. Notice of motion.

Mr. A.S. Virk, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. He states that such representation cum mercy appeal which has been received recently by the respondents would be decided expeditiously.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation cum mercy appeal of the petitioner by way of passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
