(ORAL) Though the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present but the learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surinder Pal Singh, who is present in Court to assist him, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation pursuant to the order dated 11.6.2019 and presently his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 11.6.2019, is made absolute, on the same terms and conditions. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
