JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) By approaching this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution, the five petitioners out of whom petitioner No.5 has retired from service on 30.4.2014, who were appointed as Beldar with the Ranjit Sagar Dam, Shahpur Kandi Project, prays for issuance of appropriate writ directing the respondents to release their salaries besides other dues.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has apprised this Court that the aforesaid benefits have been granted to the petitioners and, therefore, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
