Learned counsel for both the parties are ad-idem to the fact that the services of respondent-workmen were reinstated by the department concerned and as of now, the respondent-workmen has already retired from service, hence, the present petitions may kindly be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

In case, any benefit, for which the respondent-workmen were admissible after getting the benefit of reinstatement in service by the department concerned, has not been granted to them then liberty is given to the respondent-workman to avail appropriate remedy available to them under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 5.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
