The petitioners have also challenged the consequential proceedings dated 15.04.2026 (Annexure P-7), whereby the office bearers of the Society were elected. 2.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that he will be satisfied, if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the election petition dated 11.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) filed by respondent No.4 in a time-bound manner.
