Present:
Mr. P.K. Goklaney, Advocate, for the applicant-petitioners Mr. J.S. Lalli, Advodate for U.T. Chandigarh **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) C.M. No. 16141-2017 The application for early hearing is allowed as prayed for and on oral request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the main case is taken up for disposal by today itself.
CWP No. 15166-2013 Concededly, the petitioners retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.08.2013. It is not disputed either, they had prayed for extension in service for two years, i.e. upto the age of 60 years. And since they attained the age of 60 years on 31.08.2015, i.e. almost three years ago, nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
