(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents to initiate action in terms of representation dated 06.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) with regard to cheating committed by private respondents and his family members. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Darshan Kumar, submits that FIR has been registered on the police complaint filed by petitioner. In the premise, no further steps are, thus, required to be taken by the official respondents.

In view of above, grievance of the petitioner that official respondents are not taking any further action stands mitigated, no further proceedings are warranted before this Court.

In view of above, petition is disposed of.
