(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondent No.2 to de-license/remove land measuring 15 Kanal 12 Marlas, comrpised in Mustkil No.6 Killa No.11 (8-0), Mustkil No.7 Killa No.15 (7-12), situated at village Nagli Umerpur, Sector 62, Gurgaon, from licence No.279, dated 18.12.2007 granted in favour of respondents No.3 to 9 by respondent No.2. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to him in accordance with law.
