******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.103 dated 22.05.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Civil Lines, Bathinda, District Bathinda. Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail as per order dated 10.07.2019 passed in this petition.
Petitioner absented on date before the trial Court. (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
